Well, we traveled back to Pittsburgh for Matt's cousins' wedding. We have not been back for almost three years! Hard to believe Isabella was only 10 months old last time we were here. It was a great weekend with family. All of Matt's siblings ended up coming and we all stayed at his parents house. We decided to drive this time and it went really well. Matt's sister ended up coming down to St. Louis and she drove out with us to Pittsburgh. It was nice having another adult to help with the kids and Isabella loved to have someone other than her parents to play with. We drove 5 1/2 hours the first day and then the next 5 1/2 the following day(Friday). It was long, but we couldn't have been more surprised by how well the kids did.
We arrived Friday early afternoon and had a couple of hours to settle in and then we were off for Charlie's (our nephew) 1st Bday.

Pop Pop (Matt's dad) was in charge of games and the kids seemed to really enjoy themselves.

Charlie liked to play with his cake. It was cute to see him try sugar for the first time. Compared to my little girl he didn't seem that interested in it.
