Friends on the way!

On our trip to St. Louis we got to stop and spend the night with our friends, The Millers and The Lees. Thank you so much friends for letting us lay our heads down at your place...it was nice to see your faces and share some time with you.
Here are some pics..of the kids. It seems that is who we take pics of instead of ourselves. The first pic of of Ilana and Izzy. And the ones below are of Noah, they were so happy to see each other!

And here they are:

We got to go to the beach with our friends, the Torklesons. We love to go to the beach with them as much as we can. As you can see Isabella and Lincoln love playing even when it is cloudy.

This picture was taken around Easter. We had a BIG egg hunt at the Liebert's home. Me and another wife were the planners and we had a lot of fun.

Some More Changes

Sorry.. again that it has been so long since the last post. I recently found an old friend from HS on facebook and she asked "What is with all of the moving?". I didn't feel like writing a lot of details so I gave her the facts:
We moved from Philadelphia to the tip of Texas for three years and bought our first house,
Then our house got broken into a year later while I was home with Izzy,
So, we moved into our friends that (that hadn't sold yet) and lived there for two years,
then..their house sold quicker than we had anticipated (but we are SO thankful that it sold-for our friends),
so, we moved again to an apartment. This is where we are now for the next 6 weeks. Then we are moving again to St. Louis for Matt to do his sports medicine fellowship. After a year of being in a new city we will probably move again to (hopefully God will agree with this) North Carolina!

I had never written it out like that before and to be honest it has been a crazy couple of years for us. It is very interesting how you never know what God is going to do with you until you are through it. We are happy at this point b/c we don't have a house to sell, we don't have to clean a house before we leave, and now our friends don't have to worry about their house selling anymore. God is good, but I am ready to settle down for a while in one place and make a home. Maybe in another year...I can only pray.

Afternoon at the beach

This past Friday Matt got off at 2 and we decided to be spontanious and go to the island for the rest of the day. We have realized that we only have three more months and we want to take advantage of being 45 minutes from the Island. We packed up the car real quick and got on the road. It was a great day to go being in the high 80's with a breeze. It couldn't get any better. Here are a few pictures from our little "outing."

Mattt took Isabella for a run on the beach. They both had a great time while I enjoyed laying out on the beach relaxing.

This would have been a really cute picture if matt wasn't wearing a hat, but alas it is still a pretty cute picture.

This is really cute! I wish she had been holding his hand. She is at a stage now where she wants to walk by herself with no help. This is a challange in places like parking lots though.

My two favorite people. She smiled just at the right time and said "ezzz."

Around the house

It has been a while and I am sorry. I am getting worse at keeping this up...but again I will say that I will try harder. Isabella has been growing up so fast this last month; she is saying new words everyday and loves to say "mama" (FINALLY!!).
These few pictures are from around the house in the last few weeks:I don't know why this picture comes up sideways..but just tilt your head b/c it is a cute picture. She loves to "swim" now during her bathtime.

This was a week that she was under the weather and not feeling well. It was so sad to see her on the couch like that..you know they don't feel well when they just laydown where they are. It was really cute though.
These next two pictures are of my two peeping toms. Isabella and Rocco love to go to the fence and look at the other dogs. Isabella says "hi" to them everyday. Again, it is just really cute.

This is a flower bush in our back yard and she loves to go smell the flowers. As you can tell she is getting more and more hair. She won't get me put it up..i hope that she will soon.
